For those who are struggling, I am sorry you are struggling. I wish I could offer support to every one of you, even though I'm kinda terrible with providing support. lol. But I do try, even if I may come across as dull or careless.
I hope you all had a good Labor Day weekend and that you will have a good rest of the year. Remember that Wednesday, 10 October 2018 is Mental Health Awareness Day. Maybe set aside some time for yourself that day to relax and/or to advocate for people like us. You can involve yourself in your local NAMI during Mental Health Awareness week (7 October - 13 October). And there is your local DBSA too. I just thought I'd bring it up so that you're aware in advance.
