I weighed a little under 156 this morning. Beach trip to surf cancelled today; still paddled though. Still planning to wipe the slate tomorrow even if I have extra calories rolling forward. I did today but right now I have a surplus. Enough for a reasonable dinner and maybe a couple of snacks; time to get my discipline back. Right now, planning little or no exercise this weekend, but surfing on Monday.
EDIT - afternoon weight after paddling is 157. No shock there; I had ~24 ounces of water in about 45 minutes prior to weighing and while breakfast lunch and a morning snack of an apple were pretty light, they were enough to tip the scales even with all the exercise.
