can you try to talk to the alters & stop them going there ? & talking to him on the phone ?

watching an alter do something may be the beginning of co-consciousness, but you have to be able to communicate with them, try thinking it before you sleep, like "message to all, do not contact *put name here*".
It does not sound like he is helping you to progress. Can he tell when he is dealing with an alter ? If he can't, forget it. Try to do the self-care thing.
