I think I just really do have to watch it. It’s not as easy as it was before and I really have to work very hard on keeping my weight down. I still don’t get why It’s so difficult all of a sudden when none of my meds have changed. The 12 pounds is still confusing.
I can’t lose on anything over 1,300 calories. Even with exercise it won’t work. I remember I did a lot of walking on an outing, but because I had 1,400 calories my weight didn’t budge. But 1,200 calories is difficult. Maybe it is a hormone issue, but it can be managed with a low calorie diet. I just have to stick with it.
