Does this sound like dissociation or just like I知 in a routine?

Im sorry you are having this problem again...
Just in case you missed it at the bottom of every page there is this disclaimer that states....
"The material on this site is for informational purposes only, and is not a substitute for medical advice,
diagnosis or treatment provided by a qualified health care provider.
Always consult your doctor or mental health professional before trying anything you read here."
to me this means there is no one here that can tell you whether something is dissociation or routine in you. only your own doctors can say what this is in you.
I can tell you in...........me.............. my doctors dont call this dissociation. in me this is called being so involved with work I dont always notice the passage of time. you know kind of like doing something you enjoy so you just dont pay attention to other things.
for something to be called dissociation in me I I have to be triggered by something and then as a result I feel my dissociation symptoms.something as simple as meds or not eating right or not getting enough sleep can cause me work problems.
my suggestion since this seems to bother you maybe its time for a doctors appointment where they can check everything that this could be. maybe your doctor can check on things with you and get you diagnosed and treated for what ever this is in you.
