I am going to go a few hundred over and then write it off. It occurs to me that for all practical purposes I wrote it off some time ago. I kept dropping 1000+ behind regularly and rolling it forward. It was the same 1000+ calories; I didn't keep raising the number. The real goal is to stay fit/trim and not let the weight creep up. Tracking calories closely every day is to help with that, not replace those things as the primary goal.
