Probably because you weren't! In my experience people ask questions like yours because they are curious or worried about something is happening and want to see how it fits in with other people's experience, not because they believe anyone here can give medical advice or a diagnosis!

I do experience the jumping of time as you described it here as well as other forms of time loss and unawareness of time passing. The perception of time is a changeable thing, dependent on our level of awareness of our external surroundings at any given time. When I am fully focused on my work my attention is honed in on the task a thand and time can sometimes zip by in the blink of an eye, without me actually being dissociated. Sometimes when I am daydreaming time can go really fast too. Those experiences are fairly normal and non-problematic I think. Other times I am triggered and dissociated and not aware of time and place at all. That is where I run into difficulties and that kind of dissociation is a problem for me.

Do you have any other issues with time passing and dissociation that bother you?

I am sure I don't need to tell you that I am not a doctor and nothing I have written here should be construed as medical advice!
