MMJ helps me the most, re: sleeping. I'd prefer to do without it though. I hope to find a viable alternative.
I have been referred for a consult with a sleep specialist.
Had an okay weekend. Toured one niece's classroom; this is her first year as a teacher. Another niece came for breakfast and a visit on Saturday morning. Yet another niece had a birthday party on Sat PM, which I had attended. I saw my fave local band playing on Saturday, too.
Am very tired with adding lamotrigine to my med mix yesterday and today.

I am so sorry about your sleep problems. Thank God I can just take Seroquel & it knocks me out.
About how much sleep do you get most nights?
