"Are you feeling hypomanic?"

I went down to Carolina Beach and took a surfing lesson and then surfed a couple of hours today. The waves were up; it's where Florence is due to make landfall early Friday. That's days away and the surf school was still operating normally today.

One of my kids also noticed I have been driving faster without realizing it lately. I have been very focused at work and getting a lot done. Sleeping has not been great but not awful. I have been in a good mood a lot lately and a little hyper.

Maybe kind of low grade or maybe just life that is working out to look that way right now. I see my pdoc for a scheduled 3 month appointment tomorrow, which is good timing I guess.
