No exercise. So my target is 2500 calories. I have consumed 2549, so I am over by 49 calories. Good enough. I have been letting other things interfere with my exercise. This will no longer happen. Since I have not exercised for a few days, my performance will drop and take me several times of exercising to catch up to where I was. I will not let this happen again. Everyone and everything else will just have to wait.
