First off, to our friends threatened by Florence. My thoughts are with you. Please be safe. If you are in an evacuation zone, please get out! It looks like it's going to be a really bad one. 
Today marks one year since Irma came plowing up the middle of my state. I am still angry about the way my employer treated all of us after the storm. For an agency whose mission is to help people they showed a HUGE lack of compassion toward employees. When we were ordered back to work I didn't even know if I still had a home to return to.
Then there's Issac out in the Atlantic, threatening poor Puerto Rico.
And I just saw there is a disturbance in the Gulf that might build into a hurricane.
This is the peak of the season. I know that Still... feeling overwhelmed by it all..
