My go-to practice for all of my own issues is the practice of compassionate abiding. Here's a link to a description in case you're not familiar with it:

I also find that taking our dog out for walks helps to calm me & to clear my head... even though I'm a pretty solitary person & tend to avoid people as much as possible. Hope you begin to feel better soon...
