So this might sound really weird but basically, I got an anonymous message on a writing site that said "kys". This wouldn't bother me usually, but still, it triggered my anxiety and got me paranoid that an ex was the one who sent it. On the post they commented on, it is related to something that we both used to like, which makes me even more nervous. They were also very blunt and have directly sent messages to me like that (not anymore though. they only sent it when I tried to interact with them so it was mostly my fault). A big worry of mine as I am online a lot, it that they are secretly stalking me through social media. I'm so scared but I don't want to delete the post as I've worked very hard on it. does anybody relate or have similar stories (or advice for dealing with it) as i feel kind of silly about this.
