I know what it feels like to be afraid of an ex. I still am even though i havn't sen him in 20 years. Im afraid he'll come to hurt me. Then i have to tell myself i'm away from him and had an order of protection on him. Also the feeling is scarry, but i think if you are that worried you should get an order of protection or some document saying you don't want them near you.
