Yes, inconsistency is a part of C-PTSD symptoms, it’s called Identity Disturbance. A psychological term used to describe a distorted or inconsistent self-view. I think it’s because during the abusive incidents, we aren’t allowed to think what we want to think, to feel what we want to feel. We keep on changing as that is how our traumatic brain works “naturally”. I do have the same problems, you’re not alone and you’re not a liar
