I know you know only too well the difficulties dealing with Dr's in this situation. I am truely praying that the pain over the years has actually gone away & that the migraines are gone....just getting up the nerve to take the chance to find out.....but now isn't the time to experiment expecially if the pain isn't gone.

The medication has controlled the pain so completely that I haven't had a migraine since 2003 when I started on this dose of the med.....so living without pain has been so wonderful that I can't imagine trying to deal with pain anymore....but it's a strange feeling wondering if the pain is really still there.....one needs to find out the reality of the situation....but as I said....this isn't the time to check it out when I don't have the time or the energy to deal with the pain if it really is still there.

They don't have a problem with the fact that the med works & my main problem is the cost....but the effect of having no pain, it worth what it costs.....& before medicare part D, I was paying cash of $1500/month for the med just to be pain free......how sad is that????
