@Cocosurviving: I do not kean to gang up on you, but I sgree with UpDownAround about your relativly small daily calorie intake.
Here is my report for yesterday.
I made 8046 steps. I walked and ran for 3.2 miles with miserable stats. I just could not push myself, and I have walked for a more significant period of tine than normal for this distance. I guess I had allot on my mind. Anyway, I have burned a whole 220 calories. This makes my target to be 2720 calories.
I did consume a whopping 3266 calories. So this makes for an overage if sbout 500 calories. I will split the overage between today and tomorrow. So I need to burn 250 calories today. My weight is 173 today.
