@Tucson - I have logged different amounts not really sure what is right but in the 50-60 range mostly. A lot of times it is just from being lazy and doing rough math (3.6 miles is about 200, for example).
Still not exercising and still very sore; I tried push ups and pull ups and they are too painful. I don't think I need to keep doing "regular" surfing. I still want to try SUP surfing in calmer conditions.
Yesterday ended up being ~3400! Planning to do a very low day to offset it since between the storm and being so sore I won't get much, if any, exercise.
