Has anyone ever caught you in the act of self-harming?
Or found the thing you use?
Or seen scars when you were trying to hide them?
If so, how did you explain/deal with the situation?
Did it deter you from self-harming?

I have been careless recently and nearly caused a lot of trouble, but have mostly avoided any awkward confrontation
