I made 4616 steps. I walked and ran 2.9 miles. I have burned about 204 calories. This makes for a target of 2704. However, for the last time, I am moving over the overage from a couple days ago of 250 cslories. This makes for an adjusted target of 2464 calories. I have consumed 2236 calories. Perhaps a couple Graham Cracker sheets can fix this. For tomorrow, I am reducing my base calorie intake down to 2200 calories. I apparently have gained weight over the past two weeks. I am thinking at least two pounds. This new calorie intake should slow this down.

My performance stats are miserable. Another day where I had trouble pushing myself. However, I am noticing my continued improvement in my fitness level. I am gojng to take Saturday off and go at it again Sunday.

As far as calories burned, I have had to make some WAGs in terms of my pace. I need to monitor this carefully for both when I run and when I walk. Both now have equal contribuion to energy spent. Perhaps running and walking, each half the time, is too ambitious. I may need to go back to running for a quarter of the time, and walking for three quarters of the time. I will try this on Sunday. BTW I need to increase my protein intake.
