I feel depressed sometimes all day, mostly mornings. But it feels crippling. I go to work and I feel depressed but I tell myself I'm making almost 20 an hour so its worth it. But I make a schedule of simple things like reading a book, watering the flowers, taking my dog for a walk etc. But I never do any of these things. I lay in bed, get up, go to work. Then get home, lay in bed. Anyone know of simple things to do? Im talking like little stuff that can still give me some enjoyment. BTW I just got this job last week after being on disability. I don't know if that's a trigger for depression.
