Yes. Many many years ago after a very tough session, and I was young and stupid, I was in the hall about 50m from my therapist’s office. I thought she was in a session with another client, but she came out to use the bathroom. I was cutting with a razor blade and she caught me. It was pretty bad. It didnt stop me though at the time.
