when i'm really depressed i can't actually find anything to do that gives me enjoyment, but when i'm just mildly depressed i turn to short-ish youtube videos - anything from a few minutes to about 40 minutes. in depression i find it difficult to follow a series because i lose interest and concentration, and watching a film is too long. watching little clips and sometimes a longer documentary type video just occupies my mind without demanding too much concentration. although, seeing it from the other side, feeding my mind with short clips that cause me to switch focus every few minutes probably destroys concentration. ... but anyway, when i'm moderately depressed that's how i cope.
