- just finished 'blink' - that was a fast read (well, for me at this time fast is a week with my difficulty focusing, where it would take you probably a day or two)
I re-read "The Miracle of Mindfulness" yesterday. The book is by a Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. It's simplicity makes it most effective. Those of you wishing to learn to meditate might start here.
I started "Aromatherapy for the Beauty Therapist" by Valerie Worwood, which is a text for when I do get back on track.
