Haven't exercised in many months, I'm going to start again though. Hope it's okay if I join in on this thread.
I will begin with 90 jumping jacks a day and some reps with weights. Just starting off slow, that's all I can handle right now. My big problem is commitment, I need to stick with doing it, I tend to sporadically go to the gym one or twice then not again for weeks or a month. I want to get into a routine of at least doing a little exercise 5 times a week
