14633 steps. Four miles of exercise. Burned 396 calories. Target of 2596 calories. Consumed 2630 calories, which is an overage of 34 calories. This works for me.

I am changing my exercise routine. I have first started to run for fifteen seconds and walk for 45 seconds. Then I tried to walk for 1 minute, and run for 30 seconds. This was better becaused it improved my running stats. However, I am not quite prepared for this, but sometime soon. So I went back to my original run for 15 seconds, and walk for one minute. I can work on my running speed with this approach.

I ordered some running shoes from Amazon. The pair was too short even though I liked them. So I sent them back for a size larger with the same model of shoes. Well, I ended up with a pair that is substantially different. It does have the correct name of the model on the shoe. So shat happened? I like the original ones much better.
