Sorry you couldn't sleep at all and it's been an anxious insomnia. I did get some sleep, but only five hours. Been up since 2 am. I've been doing chores downstairs, but did take a break to rest. Is there anything pleasant you can do for yourself like listening to soothing music on head phones or low volume? Cooking has always been my go-to activity when I can't sleep. In the past I would drive somewhere, like Wawa, which is a 24 hour store, but my husband hates when I leave the house in the wee hours of the morning. I'm making a Dutch Baby for breakfast. It will be lovely and shock my husband. Thoughts of cinnamon and sugar are going through my head. The coffee is brewing.
