I'm trying to get ready for that. If nothing natural helps me to get and stay asleep then I'll at least try having something like knitting or reading to keep me relaxed.
It is just awful when you are up all night and you feel like you want to sleep all day but I don't.I mean I can do about an hour nap in the afternoon maybe less, but at night I am so exhausted and sometimes when I am really tired I have trouble falling asleep. So you knit too. So what do you make? I make afghans slippers ,hats scarves and headbands I give them away every year at Christmas usually to a church.
