I don't want to be med dependent or just constantly changing meds. Worse would be to up the dose. I can take two for 200mg. Tried it ONCE. Could NOT wake up. Lol it's like...THIS IS NOT A GAME. Relate to me don't play "who has it worse" lol. I just want to SLEEP. Yeah, I basically spent the entire night in chat. Hopefully, I wasn't a bother. I was silly sleepy so I may have been annoying lol.  |
I took Ambien once and only once. Being that I am a little paranoid about pills I took only half a pill about 30 minutes before crawling into bed after a shower.
I was living in an apartment at the time, and my ex husband had our kiddo for the night(Thank god). I remember I was wearing my favorite pajamas. They were fuzzy and purple with little blue moons and stars all over them. And I always double check the doors windows and turn off all the lights except my blacklight (I don't like the dark)
Anyway. So I go to bed.
I wake up laying in my bathtub (not like im taking a bath laying I'm talking sideways with my back against the wall and legs draped out the side) about 3 hours later, completely naked, with the shower curtain wrapped around my leg.
I put on my robe and start looking around for my jammies. Every. Single. Light in the house was on. Front door was unlocked. The dresser in my sons room was emptied and all his clothes were folded on his bed. I'm so glad he wasn't home for this amount of crazy.
I found my underwear in the freezer. Cuz obviously that's a good place for them. My slippers I found in the oven which just happened to be unplugged cuz I had dropped my bookmark and it ended up under it earlier in the day and I forgot to plug back in (Thank goodness)
I looked EVERYWHERE for my jammies they were no where in the apartment.
I stepped out to smoke and saw a neighbor I was kinda friends with. He helped me check the dumpster outside the complex and around my windows (just in case) and he said he hasn't seen me outside at all in the last 3 hours. So long story short. I still have no idea where my favorite jammies ran off to and I sincerely hope I wasn't parading outside in my birthday suit. Lol
But I will never take another sleep aid
It's a one way ticket to naked crazy town and if I'm booking a trip there I would prefer to remember the experience
