This is super interesting to me. My daughter is gay and she has been with her girlfriend for 5 years (almost 6). They are very happy and settled but very young (21 and 24). Ideally they want to get married and have kids one day in the future. Her girlfriend has 2 brothers so, and I don't think there has been any discussion about it with them, but if they both agreed to donate, it would result in the unique situation where, with my daughter's egg, the baby would genetically be related to both the girls and there would really be no way to trace back to either brother, it would almost be like her girlfriend's sperm, sort of. Kind of a neat scenario if it works out.
