Yesterday my T suggested we might try the rewind technique. I've never heard about it before. Most of my bad memories aren't traumatic enough on their own, it's million of small things that caused my trauma, so at first I wasn't sure if this technique would be useful. However there may be one thing that could be processed in this way.
I was just wondering if any of you guys have done it? What was your experience like?
