I stew about 15 prunes and refridgerate. Then in separate bowl mix 3 Tbsp chia seeds with 1 cup of milk (I also add a few pumpkin seeds and a teaspoon of cocoa powder. Mix well. Mix a couple times before bed. .
Next day in my oatmeal I mix in about 1/3 of stewed prunes and 1/3 chia mix.
I eat it every day for breakfast. Occasionally throw 1/3 cup original fibre one in there too. It’s a big bowl of mush but I actually enjoy it. Then drink lots of water in the day.
