I don’t know exhausted and unearthly feeling of like crap.

Yesterday I was in tonnes of pain emotional and physical. I kept calling my psych nurse and then she called me 30mins before she was going to leave the office. She said she was dealing with one crisis to the next. I talked to her about lots of things and then she made me make a plan of what I was doing for the weekend. I definitely still feel like I am in a crisis. I wanted to talk to her face to face, yet she is calling me on Monday. Then I see her on Wednesday my pay day.
