Had to go to the chiropractor and luckily that helped. I don't know if you've tried a chiropractor or not, but that's one route you could take in the interim. That may ease the pain, but obviously the effectiveness of few chiropractic adjustments is patient dependent.

I have osteoarthritis down the full length of my spine and a fused cervical vertebrae or 3. I was also born with a chiari malformation etc. I can稚 go too much into other reasons why I have pain without risking my anomynity. I am according to my neurosurgeon a rare specimen in the neurosurgical world.
Sometimes sleeping in the wrong position is all that it takes to set things off. I think that痴 what happened this time because I woke up in pain. I知 seeing a physio which helps. He痴 very good. Sitting in the sunshine also helps. I suspect it痴 all in my head but I find sunshine so soothing.
