I didn't self harm even though I had the urge to do so earlier today. It came out of nowhere when I was all by myself. I simply endured. It probably didn't help that I had the Jar of Flies album by Alice in Chains playing.


Now we have guests over for the night. A childhood friend of my wife, the friend's daughter, and someone I've never met before. I hope tomorrow I wake up at 3:30 again so that I have some quiet time to myself. I'm sure many of you can relate.
