I hate hearing people talk about their careers. I have no career. I have no job right now. I can't seem to get calls for interviews. I had my resumes done by professionals at outrageous prices and still no work.

Unrelated to my ownstruggles.....I hate it when people say "You don't sound like a Newfie!"...For one thing, it is a Newfoundlander or Labradoran, not Newfie, unless it is amongst close friends. Second, not all Newfoundlanders have that stereotyped voice. Many of the people from the smaller outports around teh coast still carry it but many Newfoundlanders don't.
