I have only had bronchitis twice in the last 11 years. When I lived in Calif I got it every year.

Don't get colds & refuse to get a flu shot. I don't take antibiotics unless I am really sick & my own immune system isn't able to fight off the bacteria.

Interesting because ehen my stress level went down so did my getting sick. They say our immune system is effected by our stress level. Guess my experience is in agreement with that.
