Oh yes...most notably the chronic tension and pain in my neck and shoulders. Cptsd stems from my childhood and I remembered not too long ago that I've had this tension/pain in varying degrees since I was eleven. I remember a friend of the family at the time showing me how to roll my shoulders to help ease them.

Now, my neck and especially my shoulders are stuck in defense mode (muscle armoring). I have to think to relax them, and that doesn't help much. Lately, the chronic tension has given me chronic tension headaches. I want to try massages, and someone gave me an idea for a device for muscle pain to use that may help.
