The sharing on this forum is so great. I have learned more on here than from professionals in 40 years of living w bipolar. Don't misunderstand, we need the professionals.
One thing I have an issue with is that some posts are extremely triggering and many people don't put the red circle warning icon on those triggering posts.
What are the type of posts that you think should definitely have triggering icons?
For me its really long panicky posts with no positives listed. A few times OK, but if you are doing this often and on a regular basis, I think you might consider putting the triggering red dot icon on your posts.
I think anything about suicidal thoughts should have the warning icon.
I suggest anything about self harming should have the warning icon.
If these posts have the red dot icon, readers can skip them on days when they feel most challenged themselves.
