Does 'a bolder strategy' involve wearing a loin cloth, hitting a suitable female over the head with a boulder, grunting and dragging her by the hair back to your cave. It has certain inherent risks but, heck, give it a try. It worked for Fred and Barney.
Seriously though Mac what are your aches and pains. I know what you mean though. aches and pains seem to come from nowhere. I went in the pool today and couldn't do any stroke without my shoulder hurting. i thought s##t how did i hurt that.
