Back in the day I started babysitting at 11 or got a paper route so that I can pay for these things by myself because I knew my parents weren’t going to get it for me. But it seems like your parents had another reason - that they were not going to be there to supervise. I’ll Be the last person to side with parents because mine were narcissistic and abusive-but it seems like part of the issue is that they were worried about you being unattended. Disney is a big place. Very easy for a kid to get lost. It’s also not as great as people seems to think it is. It’s hot, you wait 2 hours to get on a ride, it’s over crowded, food is very expensive and you walk all day. I hope one day you can get over it. Sounds very frustrating to be hanging onto unresolved emotions and maybe there’s more to it than just not being able to go
