If you're not sure whether something is a trigger or not, just put it in a trigger box anyway. Hell, I even saw someone write "what the h*ll" in a trigger box (including the asterisk). I don't think "what the hell" needed to be put in a trigger box, but the person was being conscientious and it's better to be safe than sorry. People don't care if you put something non-triggering in a trigger box anyway.
Though in all honesty, I think giving in-depth sui details isn't appropriate for the forum, trigger box or not. There are some things that shouldn't be posted at all, and that's one of them. There's no need to post that stuff anyway.
If you really, really need specific help with something like sui, make a post asking if someone is willing to PM you to talk to you about your specific situation. Obviously you should contact your therapist and/or psychiatrist about it, or even go to the ER, but if you need help and you're too scared to tell a professional, at least tell SOMEONE. Reach out. Preferably a crisis hotline or sui hotline, though. There are chatrooms and texting services with professionals if you search on Google. But one of us members can help point you to one if you don't know about them.
