Since it isn't getting enough attention , I'll add my response.
1) How do you deal with feelings - That really depends upon what the feelings are. Are they positive or negative? If they're negative, I try to distract my mind by listening to music, or talking with friends really. It helps. If they're positive, well, that's good, I turn the volume up and imagine myself to be a great persona. Grandiose, of course, but healthy for at least me.
2) Do you deal with negative feelings - Yes, of course. I use this site as an interactive journal. I usually do things that distract me from negative things.
3) Do you let them out out - Yes, I do, if they're positive. If they're however negative, I try to subdue them in my mind.
Really, just don't give a crap about the thoughts in your head. I am on the "Thinking all time awake" mod too, a powerful antipsychotic my psychiatrist prescribed made me like this. Not only that it affected my sexual health too... but I don't dwell on reality, thinking about it will do nothing. Instead, enjoy the beautiful and amazing thing called life, however it terrible may be.
