Were you able to tell him that's why you were late? Therapy is so hard. I don't think t's should ever act like they think we're wasting their time. Not saying yours did, what you wrote sorta sounds like you think he thought that? I could be completely wrong here. Please be gentle with yourself. Hearing that the trains were stopped for that reason would freak me out. Actually I can't imagine it not being unsettling for anyone. Hugs
