Thanks, a pdoc could take a bit cuz for he/she I would be a new patient, but I will find someone. I've been doing a little bit of journaling. Now I just try to do freeCodeCamp it keep my mind busy in a way that is ultra distracting for me. I'm not good about getting outside or exercise but I will try.
