Therapy is more beneficial with less gaps between sessions.

But I understand for different reasons that's not always possible.

I go 2 × wkly and I can forget to talk about something I felt I needed to.
I think therapy works no matter what you talk about. If you forget something, I guess the unconscious has something else it needs to say.
