Aw, thanks Lemon. The chicken was fabulous.
The boys know I see a therapist. It’s just so different now that they are teens...they are so busy, and they have their friends and each other to hang out with and talk to, so I try to be available (within reasonable limits) when they want to talk with me. They’ve got such a great energy that it helps to connect with them anyway.
And you’re so right that modeling good self care is important. T and I talked about that a couple weeks ago.
