My Pdoc is fine about my Xanax I have been seeing him over 8 years.

I went to Florida for 8 months and my Pdoc down there was fine also

My T and Pdoc think .... if a person is in a chronic state of panic that’s no life so as long as someone doesn’t abuse them they agree it’s worth the possible long term use if any.

Psych meds have been shown to actually shrink the brain with ongoing use... per my Pdoc
