Our Jan began her "time off" to get better physically...to rest to do that.

Just as she began this, she realized just how long she'd been neglecting herself...understanding the full needs of doing some high-maintenance self-care. I'm so proud of her.

What began as some time off to recoup has turned into an incredible, road-twisting pilgrimage! She's just having realizations, healing, so much with her introspection in healing.

Unfortunately, with so many health issues bombarding her, she's now developed pneumonia in her right lung...along with everything else she deals with.

Her health issues are forcing her on a long leave, her spiritual/emotional pilgrimage has her wanting to continue this journey...

She will be gone longer than she planned...very carefully heeding her caretakers' words.

I'm just so incredibly proud of her, and pray for her daily. I'm so blessed that she's sharing her healing journey and she's going to have so much to tell us when she returns! I'm going to suggest she journal if she's not already. She's actually begun to do some reading again...resting herself...mind, body and spirit.

She's my hero.

She wanted you all to know where shes at and that she loves us very much. It's very hard for her to be away and do the self-care that she's doing as it's so foreign to her.

Let's please give her thoughts, prayers, massive kudos and hugs...all supporting her incredible journey right not mentally and spiritually, but also wishing her well with her many physical struggles.

I can't tell you all what an absolute blessing this soul is to this earth in words. I'm so blessed to call her friend and sister.
