It is a slow titration so that they can watch for side effects - the rash you hear about. I started on 25mg/day, then 50mg/day, then 100mg/day, then 200mg/day. each step was for a week. That is the faster titration. Depending on what other drugs you are on and how suseptible to side effects will depend on how fast they titrate.
